people don't call it "STARVING YOURSELF". call it fasting..the bible says you should fast but don't let any one know about it!, that's all i do.., and excersive while you do it, ull look and feel great!,
Even though I am doing exactly what you wrote above (not/barely eating each day, running a mile, and moderate exercises) not eating isn't healthy in the long run because it's harder and takes longer to lose the weight and a person can only go max. 30 -40 days.
