If leukocytosis is present press doctor to find out cause. My husband saw an Oncologist for 3 years who monitored levels which were usually 17000. He never did a bone marrow biopsy to try and determine the cause. My husband passed away at the age of 59 due to a brain tumor that was diagnosed just 12 days before he died.
