it depends on what kind of dish it was turned in to. if its just plain cooked liver, it could stay good for up to 3 - 4 days. if it's cooked with some vegetables or with soup on it, it may only stay up to a day or two

Meats do not last long in the refrigerator. Only about 3 to 4 days if it is raw. Then 1 to 2 days longer if cooked and placed in an airtight container. You should always cover meats when stored in the fridge.

Most cooked meats last well about 4-7 days when refrigerated. Cured or processed meats, those treated with preservatives (salt, nitrates and phosphates) usually last 6-12 months. For cooked liver, I would keep it no longer than 4 days, liverwurst (once cut) about 1 month. Uncooked meats, if previously frozen, last only a few days after thawing, yet fresh cuts of meat [never frozen] can last about a month, if refrigerated and packaged properly. Cooked meats which had been frozen when fresh, can be refrozen AFTER cooking, and will last a few months, but never refreeze uncooked meats, as this will thoroughly ruin the meat.
