No. Unless where it was left was as cold as your fridge. Fresh milk - even though pasteurized - still contains bacteria. Pasteurization only reduces pathogens to safe levels. Temperature abuse means that any pathogens that might be present would have a chance to increase in numbers. There's no guarantee that drinking it will make someone sick, but it isn't worth the risk.

Milk is a potentially hazardous food and very sensitive to temperature changes. It should not be unrefrigerated for any longer than the short trip from the store to your home.

It really depends on its location in the fridge. If the milk itself got above 40°F, the shelf life will be reduced by approximately one day for each degree.
