I don't know of a state that has a law stating how long a guest can stay before they are considered a tenant. A tenancy isn't established by length of stay, but by consumation of a contract. A contract can be consumated by signing a rental agreement, or just accepting money in exchange for housing. If no money changed hands, I think they are still a guest, and you can just ask them to leave.
Only if they are in breach of the lease.
What is the law to evict someone from rental home
You are never required to evict someone.
To evict, he needs a reason.
You can in the U.S.
Certainly.
You go to "..." and click "edit town." Once you are in the town, click on the house you want to evict Sims from, and scroll over the three options. One of them is "evict Sims." choose the Sims you want to evict, and voila!
Yes you may.
If someone comes to visit and then plans to stay, how long do i have to put that person out?
Sure! Remember, parents or guardians are responsible for their children, not landlords!
Go to the clerk's office of the county court in your area. They can help you.
If he no longer owns the house, he isn't the landlord. This is, of course, unless he is hired by the owner to manage the home and its residents.
