Well, my friend said They can grow to be about 100 years old. Oh golla the turtles I have will even live to be about 100 years old too, just like a dinosour. No human could live that long. Trust me.
Some can though.
They grow to about 10 in long

When young alligator snapping turtles hatch, they are two to three inches long.
4 feet Actually it depends what type of turtle, how old it is, and if it is sick...
When owning a pet it is important to know how long it will grow. Red Eared Slider Turtles grow for about 3-5 years depending on their habitat.
Turtles grow up, they are born (hatched) in the shape of a turtle.
Turtles do not give birth to live young. All baby turtles, of all species, are hatched from eggs.
Depends on the species. Red eared sliders can grow to about a foot and other sliders can grow a simular size. Many painted turtles will grow about nine inches (however southern painted turtles usually stay slightly smaller). Sea turtles (which are not really available in the pet trade), most species of snapping turtles, and most species of tortoises grow many feet long. Unlike mammals, male turtles stay smaller than female turtles so they generally make better pets. The smaller the turtle the less space, time changing tanks, food, etc. it consumes. Musk turtles, male map turtles, and male painted turtles tend to be the smaller adult turtles.
Alligator snapping turtles may be just inches long at birth, but as adults they can grow to a length of 2-5 feet. Larger cases are possible, but rare.
Unless you own a zoo, you shouldn't and can't buy a sea turtle...but lets say you did a sea turtle would cost tent housadn dollars or more, it depends where your buying from. :) hopefully this helps!
Sea turtles can grow to anywhere between 100 and 200 years, though it has been reported that a leather back turtle reached an astounding 250 years!
100 years or longer
