Most things frozen can last awhile, but....once you start to see lots of ice crystals on your frozen food, or places on the shrimp that might have dried out with some discoloration then it's probably freezer burnt and been in there too long. A couple months.....

∙ 15y agoIf kept it without any problem as long as a year. Keep it wrapped well to keep any air away from it. If there is air in the container the sausage can get freezer burn. This doesn't mean it's spoiled, but it tastes nasty and is really dry and tough.
