4 years-no joke
15-20 years
maple syrup is a conglomeration of water and different natural sugars along with other components that keep a tree alive (hence why it is present in trees in the first place!). So it is a mixture :)
you can keep it in fridge, along with the sugar syrup.
Raw maple syrup - such as you would buy at a country stand where they make it on the property - should be refrigerated, yes. Store bought maple syrup does not need to be refrigerated, in fact one well-known brand states on the label: "Refrigeration not necessary". Unless you use your syrup within two or three weeks after opening, it helps to refrigerate it. I've had open syrup develop a type of mold after a few weeks even though it was labeled not to require refrigeration.

howlong you want just store it in the fridge!
No, it doesn't need to be in the fridge. And being at a colder temperature will make it somewhat harder to pour out of the bottle. It's fine to keep it in the pantry and it's also great if you warm it up first.
It will remain good for years if the bottle is closed.
If you cover the canned fruit and put it in a fridge it can last up to a week and a half. Make sure to not drain the syrup, because that is what help keep it fresh. If the syrup is drained that that fruit can stay fresh for a few days.
A long time, 5 years at least unopened or opened provided you keep it cool and out of the sun.
yes but according to the news if you keep waffles covered in maple syrup they will stay away
You can keep BBQ chicken in the fridge for about 1-3 ddays
