I found a red tub in the back of my cupboard. It was a Woolworths Christmas pudding. Decided to microwave it instead of steam For three hours to save electricity. Was fine with custard. Only after cooking and eating saw on label it said best before jan 2007! So after seven years in my cupboard tasted quite good and I was fine after eating it too!
