Yeh you can remove it, i took my tragus piercing out after 2 weeks and but it back in about 2 hours later and it was fine. The longer it's had to heal the longer you can leave it out. :)

If you are following a daily aftercare routine then you should have no issues with your piercing, so it only leave the jewellery as a possible cause for the problems. Go have a chat with your professional body piercer and see what he/she comes up with.
