How long do you bake boneless porkchops?
It's better just to fry them!! Yummm. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the jam, vinegar and mustard. Cover and microwave on high for 20-25 seconds or until heated through. Serve over pork chops.

How do you cook pork chops?
Cook boneless porkchop For boneless chops less than 1/2 inch thich, 20-30 min. in 400 degree oven. OR heat a little oil in skillet over med/high heat. Salt and pepper chops and brown each side in oil. Turn heat down, add 1/2 cup chicken broth, cover and simmer 40 min. Tender and delicious ... and the left over liquid can be used to make gravy. You can also brown them in a pan and then add some pork gravy, close lid and simmer for 30 mins, or you can fry them first... put them in flour, then eggs, and last in breadcrumbs, a little oil in a pan and fry them on both sides.... done! At medium heat

Can pork chops be steamed?
It is possible to steam pork chops, however, you would get a much more delicious result by broiling them. If you do not want to broil them, you can also cut them up into bite sized pieces and stir fry them or put them into a stew, which is also better than steaming. Make a nice pork stew, with onions and potatoes. Steaming is better suited to making rice, or broccoli.
