Like most commercially-produced soups, it is very high in salt and fat, and contains additives you wouldn't use at home. You could instead try buying a packet of noodles and cooking them with one of the excellent liquid chicken stocks or consommés which are widely available. A bit of meat from a takeaway chicken would add extra interest, flavor and texture, and the whole thing would take about as long to make as it takes to heat up a commercial chicken noodle soup.
