Can your license get suspended for seatbelt tickets how long
There is no grace period provided for expiration of a license. It is no longer valid after the expiration date.
As long as the courts decide it should be suspended for. Add three years to the suspension period before anyone will hire you as a CDL driver again.
It can be suspended indefinitely, all things dependent.
Your license will be suspended until you pay the ticket. Once you do that, the court will clear the ticket and reinstate your license with the DMV.
FOREVER
Yes, as long as you are not suspended for Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Suspended & or revoked.
As long as you obtain a license in the state of Ohio before your you get suspended in Florida you license will still by valid. If you wait until after your license in suspended then Ohio will not issue you one. So, if you know your going to lose your license get on an airplane fly to Ohio get a license and you'll be fine. Its kinda of like the grandfather rule. Got to like the loop-hole system:-)
First resolve the problem of why the license were suspended, example if you owe a yticket you must pay it. Once that's resolved, ck DMV to see what it takes to get your license reinstated. There might be a fee; if they have been suspended a long tome you might have to retake your drivers test
As a driver, if you refuse this test, your driver license may be suspended for 180 days.
till death(looking at eligy)
