First resolve the problem of why the license were suspended, example if you owe a yticket you must pay it. Once that's resolved, ck DMV to see what it takes to get your license reinstated. There might be a fee; if they have been suspended a long tome you might have to retake your drivers test
invalid license
They will probably try to deny coverage on your claim. Did you inform them that your license was suspended? Probably not, I imagine.
It is my understanding that the new bill passed made the third driving with a suspended license conviction a felony. Try DMV.org for more info.
This is just me, but you shouldn't be driving in the first place if your license is suspended. Here's one way you can find out. Walk to the nearest police station in your town. Tell them you were just in an automobile accident and let them know your license is suspended. See what kind of reaction you get. Chances are you will be slapped with a fine and have to spend the night in jail. You could try to sue the person. But the bit about your liscense being suspended will only ensure that you will lose the lawsuit.
Yes. It happens all the time. Try applying at the DOL for a temporary restricted license, they'll let you get to and from work for certain hours of the day, and certain days of the week.
It depends on where you live, but in most states driving on a suspended license with knowledge that it's suspended can be cause for arrest. Once that happens, your license can be revoked. Incidentally, NOTHING will get you further in life and help you become successful than a solid education. If you can't go back to school, get your GED and try to further your education. It's corny, but education truly is the key to your future and freedom.
The DMV would run your name and SSN and see that your license was suspended and wouldn't let you get another one and may even call the cops. You will need to wait X numbers of day's sometimes 1 year or more to be able to get a new one
A wise person wouldn't try that; state governmental agencies can easily obtain driving records and other information from governmental agencies in other states.
NO, all states computers are connected. It is a violation of all state's laws to have: two (2) driver's licenses of different states, a driver's license in one state while privileges (driving IS a PRIVILEGE, NOT a RIGHT!) are suspended in any other state. The new state will receive the records of the last state and SUSPEND your current license even if you are able to get one due to computer delay. So, any way you do it, it is illegal! You have to clear your original state's record of suspension before the new state will issue you a current license. Possession of a suspended license is also a criminal offense, so do NOT try to keep it and use it for ID! They can put you in JAIL for just having it! Get an ID CARD for your current state, then once moved, get an ID CARD for the new state until you correct the suspension problem. Yes, your problems will follow you any where.
Your lawyer will try his hardest. Most likely it will be suspended. You are a teen driver and you had commited 6minor traffic offenses. That's hard to save
You have several choices:Have a friend or family member drive youHire someone to drive youTake a busTake a trainTake an airplane
When you are suspended in Oregon, your name(s) go into a National Database called PDPS (Problem Driver Pointer System). If you were to try and get your license in another state, they (the states' DMV office) will cross check your name and verify that you have no other suspensions before issuing you another driver license. In order to reinstate your driving privileges, you need to contact the Oregon DMV, find out why you were suspended (assuming you don't already know), pay your fines at the court in order to vacate your docket, and then pay a $75.00 re-instatement fee to the Oregon DMV. Pretty much, you are suspended in all states.
Very simple. When you go to Kansas and try to change your license, they'll tell you that your license is suspended and it won't be reinstated until you pay the ticket in California. What's bad is that if you get pull over and this ticket pops up on the cop's screen, you will be arrested.
