Only fertilized eggs hatch. Also a fertilized egg would not last on the counter, as it would spoil. It would have an embryo. A non fertilized egg, (no rooster) can last 3 or so weeks non -refridgerated. If in doubt, do the float test.

Ten days
Raw chicken can stay fresh in a fridge up to 2 days. The chicken has to stay in the fridge and then immediately cooked.
It will stay fresh for some hours. Not too long. So it depends how long the fridge been off. Too long is bad.
