Wilson served in the office of president for eight years. I am not sure what is meant by "run in office".
He ran in 1912 and 1916.
Woodrow Wilson ran against Roosevelt and Taft who were republicans
Woodrow Wilson ran for president in 1912 and was elected as the 28th president of the United States. He served from 1913 to 1921. He did not have to run again for his first term as he won the election in 1912. However, he did run for a second term in 1916 and was re-elected.
In 1912, the president was William Howard Taft, and he was about to run for re-election. However, his bid for a second term was not successful: later that year, he lost to Woodrow Wilson.
Dont know from Danny Wilson
Theodore Roosevelt was the youngest American to become President. He was 42.
I believe fed employees can run for office as long as they are non-partisan. I believe they have to run as independents.
Woodrow Wilson served two terms as president. He was elected in 1912 in a three-man race when former President Theodore Roosevelt decided to run against sitting President William Howard Taft. The two presidents split the Republican vote and Wilson won the election. He was re-elected in 1916.The 28th President of the United States was Woodrow Wilson from March 4, 1913 to March 4, 1921
Although Woodrow Wilson was extremely idealistic and had views that many people didn't agree with, of course he was not a "hopeless dreamer." I don't think that description can be applied to anyone with the resources and strength of personality to run for and be elected president, whether misguided or not.
He was the American president after/during the WWI and he was supportive of the League because the covenant included his 14 points and his idea of every nation having the right to make choices of how it wants to be run.
Yes, a racist can run for office as long as they meet the requirements to fill that position. Now, whether or not they would win an election is a different story.
Her/his term is for 6 years. They them have to run again.
