Now there you have me. Birmingham Castle - in Paris???? Even in Birmingham, the castle is long gone. Nearby, you can find Weoley Castle, Dudley Castle, Warwick Castle and Castle Bromwich, all now officially in Birmingham, though historically separate. In Paris, the nearest name is the Chateau de Bagatelle, in the Bois de Boulogne.
From what I can gather, there are no records of Goodrich Castle being built. It is dated as late 11th or early 12th century, but we cannot know how long it took to build.
It took 14 years to build Alcazar Castle.
