Muslims have to fast for 30 days. they cant talk to no other women besides their wife and they cant listen to no other music besides Allah songs.

That is totally crap! For one Muslims can fast whenever they want. Rahmadan would be the only exception with which it is obligatory for the Muslim to fast the entire month of Rahmadan during the daylight hours only. And as far as the music goes, music is haram(prohibited) and there is no such thing as Allah songs. I think what the previous answerer meant was songs about Allah which still hold no merit of being permissable. The Quran is the word of Allah and when recited the whole book rhymes, which may sound like a song to someone who has not heard much of the Quran or who doesnt have a clear understanding of Islam or the Quran, which there is nothing wrong with.
A child may practice fasting at almost any age. Some children will fast until noon, or begin after noon until sunset. The fasting becomes an obligation, however, at puberty. So around the age of thirteen - when puberty sets in - the person will be responsible for Ramadan. Puberty is also the time Muslims and Jews consider the child to have become an adult.

All Muslims should fast. But there is an exception for some. In the Qur'an, Allah s.w.t. said that the Muslims that don't need to fast are the ones who are sick, the ones who are young, I think also women in labor. You can find the ayah in the Qur'an. Also: Why do some Christians not go to Church? It is a similar question as not everyone who professes a faith follows all of the required tenets of that faith.
