It depends what benzodiazepine it is, some of there half lifes are longer than others .It also depends on dosage and frequency of dosage.Usually up to 14 days to be gone from your system. It also depends on your bodies system.your diet etc.But I would stick to the 14 days. I am on Klonopin and my doctor told me that they only stay in your system for 24 hours per mg

What type of drug is zanxax?

Xanax, chemical name: Alprazolam (al-PRAZ-oh-lam) belongs to the class of psychoactive drugs called Central Nervous System Agents/Anxiolytics, Sedatives and Hypnotics/Benzodiazepines. It is a benzodiazepine anxiolytic used in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Benzodiazepines are the most commonly used anti-anxiety drugs because they are fairly safe, they rapidly reduce the symptoms of anxiety and they don't have to be taken on an ongoing basis in order to be effective. All benzodiazepines cause dose-related suppression of the central nervous system, varying from slight impairment to hypnosis. http://www.erowid.org/pharms/alprazolam/alprazolam.shtml
