About a day unless you want to be very ill and end up with massive scars.
They are not designed to be permanent piercings and no matter how well you have healed any piercing in the past, this will definitely not heal, don't even bother.

∙ 13y agoNot very long. They fall more into the play piercing category. People wear them for piercing shows or special events like balls where they wear a backless dress or something of that nature. Its very difficult to keep them from rejecting for long periods of time because you'd have trouble sitting, lying on your back, driving. So I'd probably say hours and possibly a few days.
