There are really too many unknown variables to be able to fully answer this question. Is she a dairy cow or beef cow? What feedstuffs and/or pasture does she have available? Is she able to graze on pasture or are you raising her via drylot or confined to a barn? Location?
Around 80 days
ANSWER: The cow can graze 21 ft. Because the rope is only 21 ft long :)
They graze.
Go let the cow graze in the grass.
Depends on your area and farming practices. For countries with snow, cattle will be turned out to graze everyday in the summer months and then brought back to the barn in the fall before the snow season. However, most milking dairy cattle will not graze on grass as they remain in the barn.

If they have access to pasture every day, yes.
You can graze probably around 5 to 10 acres per cow or more around that area because of less vegetation and scrub brush in that state.
area= b*h 15*10=150 150 sq. ft.
If you feed your Cow everyday it will mature in 20 days. If you do not feed your Cow that day will not count toward it growing up.
yes
Simple just go up very close to the cow NOT RUNNING, then when you walk straight into it your avatar should start pushing the cow. If your cow is not old enough to graze, then wait until about 25 days.
It means that you eat more than you should because cows graze throughout the day.
