From what I understand, after you have reviewed the copy that the last driver left then you can toss it after your shiftas the company has the original in their files. They have to keep it for 3 months. The biggest thing is to show the lastdrivers report if your inspected.
You should ask your company for what their policy is. They may want you to keep it longer.
