Industrials get easly infected but i cant say that your ear will be deformed. you may have to take it out if it rejects and get it redone. when u get it redone its gonna be less likely to. if you've never gotten a piercing you also run the risk of finding out you get keloids. but not many get those. but look up keloids if you don't know what they are.
If you have keloids but you got piercings and none formed can you get a tattoo?
Keloids often form due to the blunt force used by ear piercing guns. Tattoo guns would be unlikely to cause keloids because they just use a needle to distribute the ink in the skin. So, to answer your question, I've never heard of a tattoo gun causing keloids.
