Depends on the baklava....some are very wet and have short shelf life due to high water activity levels. More active water = faster bacterial growth. I wouldn't go more than a week. If they make it right which a sugar syrup insted of a soloution it can last for several weeks without spoiling. The only company that does it right is www.mansoura.com.
Although it will probably go stale before it goes bad (the honey acts as something of a preservative), if improperly stored, it can go moldy.
I love them -- delicious little sweet pastries, soaked in honey. Not sure how long they keep though. They're probably better fresh.
