Goldfish are carp. Carp can live to 100 years.
For all goldfish, if properly taken care of, the average lifespan is about 20 years or more.
to take care of your goldfish all u have to do is just feed it change the temperature and usually when u click on the goldfish it will show its card and it will probably tell u how many weeks it can live
they usually live up to 14 to 18 years if you take good care of them and feed them properly.
They can live for over 20 years if they are cared for properly.
Goldfish do not live in the sea they live in freshwater ponds and lakes and feed on a wide range of things, from plants to insect lava and things floating on the surface of the water. they may also feed on worms and smaller fish.
-goldfish food from a pet shop, although they may not live long anyways, sad as it is...
15 years if they are treated properly
Around ten years with good care.
It depends. A feeder goldfish lives to be about 2 years old. A fancy goldfish, (Black Moors, Fantails, etc...) can live to twenty years or more with proper care.
Goldfish are fish that, unlike their name, aren't necessarily gold-colored. Goldfish are a common household pet, because it is easier to care than dogs and cats, and is recommended to people who want a pet but don't have too much time to care for one. Goldfish can live up to 25 years, though some have lived up to even 50! There are lots of types of goldfish, too (fancy goldfish, etc.). Goldfish can only live with other goldfish, and are coldwatered and do not live in saltwater.
I heard this from someone. Though it is unbelievable, goldfish, if tooken care of well, can live up to 25 years! I have heard of a goldfish that lived 50 years! I cannot imagine my little one inch goldfish living for THAT long. =)
They will live to be happy and healthy fish just as long as you take care of them.
