Yes it is legal to go to school
Yes. Children under 16 are required to go to some type of school. Even home school counts as long as the state's legal conditions for homeschooling are met.
no its illegal
As far as I know, you can. It doesn't go under any laws: Under any circumstances NEVER sell ANYTHING at school! Plus, my college library sells things. That's selling in school so, if that's legal then selling at school is (as long is it is a LEGAL item that you are selling). It is legal in some schools to sell things even if the school hs BANNED selling items in school. This is because it doesn't go under any laws although, if you are caught you could be punished if you do not take your school/ teacher to court for this action (but, this would be overthought).
As long as your parents say it is OK then you can go. I went into the military at 17 and traveled to NC from California. Or if you are going to school then you can leave home.
No school.
I believe that the only legal alternative to going to school is homeschool.
Very long to go to school
If the child is a legal citizen they go to the closest legal relative, if there is no one to take the child they go into foster care. If the child is not a legal citizen they will be deported with the parent. If the child is a legal citizen and they aren't registered in school they can be deported with the parent as well.
some of them go to school for ten to fifteen years
to get smart.
If you don't attend or go to that School, then yes it is. However, if you are a Student at that School, then it is whether the school authorities allow it or not.
