But with proper knowledge and proper medical and personal care one can extend this period
Could be a long, long time! My last doctor I went to said he started treating patients in their 50's and 60's and now they are in their 80's and 90's. Do the exercises, take your meds, keep a positive attitude and you could live a productive life for many years.
