They won't live more than a couple of days. Try removing any other rabbits from nearby and leaving her in a quiet, undisturbed, place. Surprisingly, they are very touchy mothers and hard to raise. I lost a litter some years ago, even hand feeding the last two. Good luck!

If a baby rabbit was taken away from its mother too early, it won't live longer than a week or so, maybe only a few days. There are ways to hand-rear baby rabbits, but it isn't easy and it takes experience and skill.
