That is approximately 3 jumbo.
4 jumbo is 280 grams. 5 EL eggs is 308 gm.4 EL and one small is 287 gm , that's as close as you'll get.
As long as the yolk isn't broken, and you boil them(avoid frying and scrambling). 4 eggs a day is fine
Alright, can you count? COUNT BY 5s! 5, 10, 15, 20. 20 mins.
Eggs are graded by weight. 1 doz. jumbos equal 30 oz. 1 doz. extra large equal 27 oz. (large = 24 oz., medium = 21 oz., etc...) 4 extra large eggs = 3.6 jumbo eggs. (you may want to use 4 and reduce liquid a little somewhere else)
If you put then all into the same pan and boil them at the same time, then the answer is the same time as it takes to boil one egg. A hens egg for example would take 3 minutes to soft boil and 8 minutes to hard boil.
10 minutes If you put them all in the same pan and boil them at the same time then the same time it would take to boil one egg, so the answer is 3 to 4 minutes for soft boiled eggs, 6 to 7 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Refresh the hard boiled eggs in cold water after cooking to stop a black ring forming around the yolk.
1min A soft boiled (don't boil, only simmer) egg takes between 3 & 7 minutes, depending on how you like it cooked. It is hard cooked in about 12 minutes

I cook them seven minutes, then cool. I use cold water to cool them quickest, then pour the water out and "slosh" the eggs in the pan to crack the shells. Water again, and the shells just slide off.
boil eggs before you soak in vinegar for 3-4 days
