That depends entirely on the roasting temp. Youl want to reach an internal temp of 145-155°F, and let it carry over to 165° during resting. Twenty to thirty minutes per pound at 350°F should do it. Of course, the time is general, and the temp is critical.

20 minutes per lb - plus 20 minutes. Therefore, you would cook this weight for 90 minutes in total.
There's no need. Simply seal the bag - and let the bird cook in its own juices.
An oven bag is made to do the same thing a roasting pan does by retaining the juices in the roast. A slow cooker does the same thing in a slightly different way. Both ways work equally well.
This is a new one on me. There are roasting bags, but they're clear. It's to brown the turkey more evenly.

It is not necessary to do so. Depending on how big the pork roast is, you may want to put foil over it for the first 3/4 of the cooking time (to prevent dryness), removing the foil for the last 15 minutes or so, just to brown the meat. But if it's a small pork roast it makes little difference whether you use a baking bag, or foil, or just leave it uncovered (it won't be cooking long enough to make it dry).
One bag of stuffing mix will sufficiently fill a 16 lb turkey.
To cook Cornish hens in an oven bag, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the hens with your preferred spices and place them in the oven bag, adding any vegetables if desired. Seal the bag according to the package instructions, making a few slits for steam to escape, and place it in a roasting pan. Bake for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
