well you simply buy another bag and re cook it (it might give you food poisoning but it wont have a tear inthe bag)
there's usually a bag in the main cavity that contains the neck & some of the giblets. There's also a bag of giblets in the neck cavity. be sure to remove both of them before you cook the turkey!
Usually when I roast a turkey I placed in a plastic bag because it keeps the natural juices an ingredients, you have placed in the turkey and the temperature is 325 degrees and the time is 20 minutes per pound .Try it u like it
