The weight will move, but, it won't "fly" in the traditional meaning of the word.
You wouldn't.
Kinda depends on how long of a distance you had in mind. The Remington 700 is a great rifle, and, depending on cartridge, it can reach out and touch something at 1000 metres. If you need to go further than that, a .50 rifle, like the MacMillan Tac-50, Barret M82, Barret M95, etc. might be more to your liking.
The M82 was made in 2 calibers. The original used the .50 BMG cartridge, which fires a bullet that is .510 inches in diameter. The weight of the bullet varies depending on WHICH bullet is used, but is in the area of 700 grains weight. The later version of the M82 was made in caliber .416 Barrett. This is, as the name suggests, a .416 inch bullet that weighs 400 grains.
M40, M24, Sako TRG, Accuracy International Arctic Warfare, Knight's Armament SR-25, Knight's Armament M-110 SASS (Semi Auto Sniper System), Barret M82/M107, Barret M95, MacMillan Tac-50, Mosin-Nagant M91/30 PU, Denel NTW...
The Barrett M82 anti-materiel rifle has a standard magazine capacity of 10-rounds.

The M82 by Barrett Firearms Manufacturing. it's a .50 cal sniper rifle. to be more to the point the airsoft rifle is based on the later M82A1. Unless your talking about an assault rifle, that would be the Valmet m82.
No
The M82 is not an assault rifle. Effective range is 1,800 m (5,906 ft). Its maximum range is about 4 miles, but it would not be accurate.
the .50 BMG (Browning Machine Gun) is the biggest bullet you are going to find in a gun still classified as a rifle and not a cannon. the first rifle to be able to shoot this cartrige was the M2 Browning Machine Gun (Ma Duce). however that was a heavy machine gun. the first "sniper rifle" to shoot the .50 BMG was the Barret M82. they have now come out with a new version called the M107 and are currently working on a new rifle. while the M107 and M82 are semi automatic, some gun companies are coming out with bolt action rifles, such as MacMillan, which are more accurate than the barret, simply because it is a bolt action compare to a semi auto an bolt actions will always be more accurate.
