Only the judge can answer that question.
Answer
I wouldn't count on just going to juvi for this level of criminal activity.
Well first off it depends where you live. I am not to good with laws, but i would guess that you would get 1 week (a friend of mine got a week for shoplifting), assumeing you go to juvi. Remember juvi the seventh layer of hell without fire. if you do go make sure your very large for you age and you can fight very very good. Broken bones are no big deal in juvi and kids get into horrable fights almost everyday. I hope that somewhat answerd your question. Maybe if you know anyone that is 17 then you could pay them to buy it for you that would be alot easier and you wont go to juvi for that
Sometimes juveniles join gangs for protection. Juveniles who go to juvi do not always join gangs fr protection.
Yes, they can. I am 18 and on probation and my PO said that if I fail another drug test she would send me to juvi. If you're on juvi probation and go to jail, you will more than likely go to juvi.
yes
This is robbery with the use of force that endangered, injured, or killed someone. Lots of factors go into sentencing, since one crime is not exactly like another. Still, it is likely that he will be spending at least some jail time.
It would typically not happen. In most states a child under the age of 12 is considered incapable of committing a crime. They would go into foster care. yes you can go to juvi when your 10 ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----
NO its not even a big deal so you will not go to juvi
In most cases, a 12-year-old who runs away will not be placed in jail. Instead, authorities will typically work to return the child to their family or place them in a safe environment. However, repeat incidents or other criminal behaviors may lead to legal consequences.
Juventud Guerrera goes by The Juice, and Juvi.
Well if they told you the password then that means they trust you and if they don't care then it doesn't matter so no, you can't go to juvi.
No, innocent until proven guilty. You go to court first. I was put in juvi before court so I'm suing. You should do the same.
You could possibly go to juvi and receive a fine for your parents/guardians
