It really doesn't work that way. Any attempt at weight loss needs to start with controlling your diet, because it's so much faster to gain calories by eating than it is to lose them by exercise.

One cupcake's worth of calories more than you need will take one hour of mid/high intensity workout to use up.

And 9 mph doesn't really say anything useful either.

What's important isn't how fast you're going, but how fast your heart is beating(which is a very good indicator of how hard you're working).

You want to get your heart rate up a bit, and you want to keep it there, the longer the better basically. And you need to get up against the hour before you've used up any real amount of calories.

But with a sensible meal plan and one hour of activity every day you should be able to get rid of 7 lbs within 3 weeks.

How much weight will you lose if you eat a salad for breakfast lunch and dinner for ONE week?

Why do bicycle tires need checking?

Because they lose pressure over time, and riding with low pressure is heavier, increase the risk of pinch flats, can damage the rim and can eventually cause the tire to come off and the rider to lose control of the bicycle. Also, as they age, they can eventually become brittle and crack. Or pick up damage that makes then unsafe from road debris.

Can you lose 20 pounds on a stationary bicycle in two months?

Combine a stationary bicycle with a reduced calorie eating program and you can do it. I can get rid of 2-3 pounds a week with exercise and sensible eating, so in 2 months (8 weeks) you are looking at between 16 and 24 pounds - it's realistic and doable. I use a Schwinn Recumbent Bicycle because it is easier on my back
