How long does it take for you ears to block back without wearing earring?

It depends on your age, how long you had them, where the earrings are, and how thick they were. They're more likely to close or close faster if you're younger, didn't wear earrings for that long, if you're talking about piercings other than plain simple lobe piercings, and if the earrings were thin. Regular ear lobe piercings may never close.

How long are you supposed to leaving your earrings in after having them first pierced?

6 weeks for the lobe of the ear, but 12 weeks for top of ear (cartilage).

Will my ear lobe piercings close up if I leave earrings out while treating infected ear lobe?

In my experience, it all depends on how long you've had your piercings. If it's less then a year or so more than likely they will close up.

Are long earrings difficult to wear?

Well, it matters how healthy your ears are to wear long earrings. Keep a pair in for 30 minutes, take them out, see how they feel. That should help! For a formal event I think chose a color that matches your outfit.

What are the disadvantages of wearing big earrings?

There are several disadvantages to wearing big earrings. They can easily get snagged on tops or sweaters, and can become entangled in one's hair. If the earring is particularly heavy, long-term use can result in stretching the earring hole downward permanently.

Is wearing long earrings dangerous?

Yes, it actually can be dangerous to wear large earrings. Kids like to grab long dangle earrings. Dogs like to grab them too. Large earrings can also snag things easily.

Will a gauged hole close?

From experience, if it does get infected, it will close, or at least try to. If you decide to keep your gauges out for a while, yes the hole will shrink. It depends on how long you keep the gauge out of your ear.

How do you stop your ear piercings from healing up?

I'd say keep wearing your earrings, but it depends on how long you have had them in if you have onky had them in like me, then you should leave your starter ones in for about 4 months so then when you take them out the hole will not close as much as it would if it was only 6 weeks, if they try to close up without having any earrings in for a while, i suggest you put bio oil around the back of your ear and the front, then try to get the earrings back in and give it a little wiggle until you can feel the stud at the back of your ear, hope this helped :)

Will your ear lobe close up over night?

*** I would not take out at all before 7 weeks.*** I would not leave out over night before a year unless the hole seemed fairly healed and sturdy (any soreness and bleeding will probably result in scabs in morning which are difficult to scratch off and the hole will be harder to go through).*** Keep clean at all times (personal experience).I assume you mean the traditional ear lobe piercing. It depends on how long you have had it in and how regularly you clean it. I believe the recommended time to leave earrings in before switching is about 7 weeks, but even then changing was sore for me (I wasn't an extremely regular cleaning which you definitely should be- it was very difficult for me to find the exit hole with my earring and it doesn't seem right to be probing around in your ear). Even after the 7 weeks period you are technically supposed to leave a post earring in for a year I believe.I just recently got an earring infection after 3 months because of not cleaning them for the past month and a half. Bad idea! I got an lump/absess next to the hole and it was not pleasant. I decided to leave the earrings out overnight to air out the hole which was a big mistake- tiny scabs grew over the hole and it was more difficult to push out the exit hole...I was fortunately able to put them back in, but it was unnecessary pain.
