Tupperware has a lifetime gurantee as long as it got destroyed during normal use. I would recommend that you contact your local tupperware lady or tupperware store and they will exchange it for you. See more information http://order.tupperware.com/coe/app/tup_party.consultant_finder
Tupperware is much better than plastic bags! A plastic bag is usually thrown away after one use. Tupperware sandwich containers can be bought for a little more money but, in the long run, last longer. A Tupperware container, if looked after, can be used 6500 time over and over again. The water needed to clean your Tupperware is still better than plastic bags.
AnswerPut broccoli in a bowl with water so that it goes about one third the way up, and microwave from 3 to 5 minutes depending on how soft you want it, or in a bag to steam it in the microwave for about the same time. Broccoli is really yummy with BUTTER!!ANSWER:Try this. Take broccoli and cauliflour and put it into a plastic container with a screw on lid. Screw the lid on about three quarters tight so that the steam will have a vent. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds and serve on a plate. You can substitute a butter dish with a snap on lid if you poke a hole in the lid with an icepick for the vent. This is the way resturants serve steamed vegatables. Different microwaves work at different wattages, so you may have to reduce or increase cook times. You all are SUPERSTARS!! Rock on!!
