If you mean how do you become an Obstetrician, you must graduate high school, get your Bachelor's Degree, and then go to Medical school. This is a great career but is long hours each week.
well you have to at least go through 8 years of collage because you would have to go to med school an other stuff so thats what i wanna be
answerI believe they need a lot of schooling because they have to go through school for 8 or so years.No.... i just looked it up and it turns out you need an bachelors degree with concentration in biology or pre medicine. then you have to attend a 4 year medical school. then you have to enroll in a obstetrician/gynecologist program which generally takes four years too. so not 8, 12!! that's insane.
you dont need to go to callege you just need expereance. and you can get tips from a profesional

In order to be an obstetrician, one must graduate from college and then from medical school. You can go to any college for undergraduate work as long as you take the classes required to get into medical school. As far as medical school goes, there are several in Oklahoma and the surrounding states. If you are still in high school, it would be best to check with a guidance counselor to get information about the colleges in your area. If you are in college looking for a medical school, check with your school to see if you have a premed advisor. Hope this helps! Dr. B.
You don't need to go to school. You just have more experience, and a better chance at getting to be one.
