At 350 degrees F, it will probably take near an hour. But, there is no real answer to this question. Everyone's oven is different and no particular animal is listed in this question. You should really just purchase a digital probe-style meat thermometer for 5 or 10 $ at a retail store. Then, cook whatever animal it is you are cooking to whatever state you like--Rare, medium-rare, charred...
This is really the way to go. Most of them even have the "safe" temperatures to cook different animals listed on them. Also, remember, you can probably pull this about 5 min before it reaches temp since it will continue to cook once removed from the oven and probably carry over 5 degrees.

Brisket is best if it is cooked at a lower temperature. This takes longer but the result is a tender product. I like to use about a 300 degree oven. A smaller roast (4 or 5 pound) will take 3 to 5 hours. We usually buy a larger roast (15 pounds) and put it in the oven late at night at about 275 and let it bake 8 to 10 hours.
I like to sear the surface of a rib roast a bit, to hold in the juices. I preheat the oven to HOT (~650ºF), put the roast in the oven and immediately turn down the thermostat to 325ºF. The oven temperature will drift down to the desired temperature. Start your timer as soon as you put the meat in, and roast for about 15 minutes per pound, and then start checking the meat's internal temperature. USE a MEAT THERMOMETER!
it cooks and if left long enough in the oven it burns. only if the oven is on.
