How long do you think the world is going to end?

• A long, long time from now I think we still have a while till the world will end!

• In billions of years time, the sun will cool and the earth will no longer be able to support life, although it will still be there as a dark and cold rock orbitting the sun.

• I think the world will not end in my lifetime or my great-great-grandchildren's lifetime, so there's really no reason for me or anyone else to sit sleepless everynight worrying.
• A lot, lot sooner than we think:-

2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night [ie suddenly] ; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Mat 24:3 And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? ...

Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only.

i don't think it will i mean why destroy something you built unless it's something such as a nuke that's a danger to the planet then destroy it carefully god if he is real would not let it happen unless you are Muslim ,not meaning to be offend them i have Muslim friends, and you believe in that god that when s/he stops dancing the world would blow up and if your one of those idiots that Say's it is going to end in 2012 just get the army to fire nukes at the comet if your so afraid

One time the people thought the world was going to end when the millennium 2000 came but it passed
then people thought the world was going to end in December 12,2012 and people thought that because the date would be 12/12/12
and then there was this rumor that the world would also end in December 21,2012 I really don't know why they picked that date though.

But the world is not going to end beacuse this rumor that is about the world ending has been going on thousads of years ago
