It's a myth, you have the same chance of getting cramp swimming after eating than walking after eating.
this morning i had breakfast and went immediately to exercise, i got stomach pain all through the walk. i guess its better to just wait half an hour, its 10.30 and I'm still in pain, ouch.

Say thanks for not throwing up also. That is why you should wait for digestion to do its process. Usually blood is going to help esophagus muscle for peristalsis then stomach muscle work, then your liver, pancreas and gallbladder work, then your small intestine. If you use your body walking, jogging shaking all these organs while they work then they'll show their un-satisfaction by hurting you. Or try a lighter breakfast, drink first thing a full glass of water then blend some fruit and you're good to go until you come back from working out to eat the real meal. Also wait like 30 min to eat again after workout. Just hydrate, it's good for you.
Well yes you can... but no one ever does because it could make you not feel so good. It really depends on the person... I don't like to go swimming right away because I get cramps and stuff... like jogging after you eat... I advise not to but it may be okay for you. Hope i helped! :)

If you go to sleep right after you eat, your body stores the food as fat. This is because you did not use it as energy.

Yes any water is dangerous. You can drown you could get leaches swimmers itch, malaria. But it's pretty safe if you know how to swim if you swim in the designated swimming area. And take a shower right after.
