A few minutes.
The humans evolved in 2000. They evolve if they visit other planets and survive without air. They evolve into a 7 foot tall green creature.
You dont get to live in the sea in Creature Stage. If you venture too far out into the water a giant creature comes up and eats you. There are some parts of the water that you can ventuerto though. be sure you aren't in the water for a long period of time. Be careful. -- if you mean aquatic stage i will say this: its an adventure. you need spore Galactic Adventures for this, and you can get the adventure on spore.com,overlook,sporepedia,text search.
You can't hug in Spore Creatures, but you can cuddle. Go up to a creature that won't attack you, use you call, with then call button in the bottom-left corner, and keep dragging the happy faces onto the creature, until it goes away, and repeat it. This may be required for a long, long time, before a creature will dance with you. Also, to dance, cuddle with it until a flower comes up instead of a happy face, and drag the flower onto the creature. The tap the flowers when the flashing ball goes onto it. Hope this helped.
A monolith is a large single upright block of stone, typically formed through geological processes such as volcanic activity, erosion, or tectonic movements. These processes can create tall and isolated rock formations that stand out in their surroundings.

You. :)
It needs to be level 16 to evolve.
That depends on what you intend to do with it. If your goal is long term storage then a print is a better choice. Once spores are hydrated in water and suspended in a spore syringe liquid they last about 6-12 months, versus up to 25 years as a spore print in proper storage.
