The postal service would like the package to take 2 to 3 days like the clerks tell you at the counter, but it is not guaranteed to make it in that time. It can show up two weeks later for unknown reasons. Parcel post is cheaper. Priority mail is the same as first class mail. If your package weighs under 13 ounces, I would send it first class...cheaper than priority. Priority Mail is a marketing tool to make the post office more money. It all goes in the same mail stream...same truck. If for some reason the letter carriers have too many packages (holidays or day after holidays) and they have to cut them back for delivery the next day, priority mail goes first and is suppose to be delivered before parcel post. But nothing is guaranteed except Express mail.
USPS Priority Mail is when your package or letter is delivered within 48 hours. USPS will pick the package up at your house for free and you'll be given a tracking number.
Yes it does. Most packages have one.

1 to 14 days or more
USPS Priority delivers packages on Saturdays...but I dont know about regular delivery method by USPS.. but if they deliver mail on Saturdays why cant they with packages? and I do believe I received a package on Saturday from USPS 4 years ago but I forgot whether I used Priority Mail or not... well if not then just wait til Monday?
Depends on the weight of the package being shipped. The USPS has a website to help you figure this out.
priority mail, 2-3 days
Ground shipping with UPS from the East Coast to the West Coast typically takes around 5-7 business days, depending on the specific locations involved. It may vary based on factors such as distance, route, and any potential delays like weather or holidays. You can track your package for more specific delivery estimates.
5 to 7 business days.
If shipped Priority it should take no more than 2 days.
The answer to this is not simple. It depends on multiple factors such as the zip code you are shipping the package to, how fast you need it to get there (priority, overnight, etc.), if you are using the USPS mailing materials or your own package (there are flat rates for USPS boxes and envelopes), and size of package can sometimes increase the cost. The USPS has a postage calculator on their website that allows you to input this type information and provides you with the cost.
