About 4-6 hours.
Roman Catholic AnswerThe depends on how many confirmations there are, and how many readings are used. There are nine readings, with psalms and prayers, plus the Gospel. If you read all the readings and sing all the psalms, and have a couple dozen confirmations, you could easily run over three hours. This Easter, at my parish, the priest used the least number of readings you can get away with, there were maybe two dozen confirmations, and a half dozen baptisms, and we were out of there in under two and a half hours. This depends on the church you attend. Since this mass is considered the first of the year, it tends to be at least two hours, but can be as long as four or five. It all depends on what the church provides, singing, gospel, etc.

The Mass on Palm Sunday (which would include the Vigil Mass on Saturday) usually lasts a few minutes longer both because of the distribution of Palms, and that fact that the entire Passion is read at the Gospel. The Passion comprises a good portion of any of the first three Gospels and runs for many pages.
