Usually run time of picture or if double feature run time both plus about 15-20 mins for previews. Avge movie about 1 hr 20 mins, but if its something like aliens or titanic or a double feature you could be in there a really long time and in a walk in your rear end starts to hurt after a couple hrs
If they are part of a popular franchise, such as Harry Potter, or if they have famous celebrities in the lead roles. Also, if they are immensely long ( such as the sixteen hour "Berlin Alexanderplatz ), they could be shown over consecutive nights. The longest feature film in cinema history was "Die Zweite Heimat", released in 1992, which clocks in at a phenomenal 26 hours and was critically acclaimed. So that is how long films can have great cinematic appeal.
Movies are probably in the theater about 2 to 3 weeks.
If they aren't successful, they can vanish after two weeks. So anywhere between 2 weeks to six months.
I'd say about 1-2 months, then you don't hear about it for another 2-3 months till it comes out on dvd.
Until the show is over. Then, they go out for a late dinner.
the longest is two months maybe only one
1 Month
A movie stays in theatre for as long as it remains profitable to run it, once ticket sales fall below a cretain level it is removed.
For 2-3 months
The movie was released on December 18, 2009. When a movie is a success it can stay in theaters for awhile, sometimes 12 or more weeks. Occasionally checking advanced local listings can provide insight on when a movie might be ending in an area.
The amount of time a movie stays in the theaters is determined by the amount of ticket sales. If a movie keeps generating money, it will stay in the theaters, if not, it'll be gone.
It will leave theaters abou after a month, though with the good movies like Avatar, it could stay in theaters for a long time and then come back in the theaters in a while, so we r looking at about December 18th? Hope this helps?
In the UK, it will stay for about two months :)
The time the movie Katy Perry: Part Of Me being in theaters varys from different places but most likely it will stay for atleast a month or two. DVD's usually come out 2 months after the movie has left the theaters. It depends on how well the movie is showing.
if its a really bad movie then two or three days but if its a good movie then it can last for weeks. maybe months
Yes.

It depends on the movie and how many tickets it sells. Some movie are gone in one week, and "blockbusters" play for many weeks.

It depends on how successful it is. Due to the success of Twilight in theaters, i am guess New Moon will stay in theaters for about two months.
