Well, usually people, not only orphans, would prefer to get married after they are stable enough to provide themselves with there own home and are old enough to. If you're young enough to still have to stay in an orphanage, I highly recommend you not getting married. Unless your husband/wife wants to provide the house and income.
Orphanages continue child care until the orphan is a legal adult. So, when an orphan turns 18.
