How long does it generally take for a female Betta fish to produce enough eggs for breeding and for a male beta fish to build a suitable bubble nest?

how does a betta fish belly look like when pregnate, and what are the signs when she lays her eggs?
The CORRECT answer is:
female to lay her eggs: unknown. It is usually from 30 minutes to 2 hours!
male to build a bubble nest: anywhere from 20 minutes (or less) to 2 hours. It really depends on how long it takes for the female to WANT to spawn (fish term for breeding or mating).
Oh, and you never know what a betta fish looks like when it's pregnate. There are no signs, all you have to do it spawn them and POP! out jump the baby fries (baby fish). The female doesn't lay her eggs until they spawn. Hope this helps! :)
