The wavelength of a signal is calculated by c/f. C is the velocity of the wave and f the frequency of the signal. Wavelength is defined as the distance between any two successive crests or troughs in case of a mechanical wave. In case of longitudinal wave, the distance between two successive compressions or rarefactions will be the wavelength. In case of electromagnetic wave c/f will be the wavelength
I believe that a 54 code is for Turbo only. It may be the synchronization pick up circut. It is not showing a distributor synchronization signal.
red light has a longer wavelength so it does not get scattered easily and can cover a long distance thus reaching a far observer in case of a traffic signal or as a danger signal.
At the moment - according to the Wikipedia article (see related link) it takes about 16 hours for signals sent from Voyager to reach Earth. At least that's what it says in the section titled 'Current Status'
The speed of light is about 300,000 km/sec. Just divide the distance by the speed of light. The answer will be in seconds; divide by 60 to get minutes, by 3600 to get hours, or by 86400 to get days.
Distance = 3.03 x 109 kmSpeed of radio = 3 x 108 m/s = 3 x 105 km/sTime = (distance)/(speed) = (3.03 x 109)/(3 x 105) = 1.01 x 104 seconds = 2hrs48.3min (rounded)
That distance you gave is nearly 200 astronomical units so if that is right the time would be 8 minutes times 200, which is 26½ hours.
That was the Voyager I and II spacecraft. Voyager I is 10 billion miles away from the sun (the Earth is only ~93 million miles from the sun and Pluto is 3.67 billion miles). A radio signal from Voyager takes ~15 hours to reach Earth.
Increase the incoming signal between every even distance
Increase the incoming signal between every even distance
One AU, the distance from the Earth to the Sun, is 500 light-seconds. A signal to a spacecraft at a distance of 3.3 AU would take 500 x 3.3 = 1,650 seconds, or 27.5 minutes.
The Turn Signal Switch is bad in the column and needs to be replaced.
Interestingly, the distance varies from a hundred yards (or less ) to a quarter of a mile (or more!).

Echo can be caused by Atmospheric, magnetic between 2 signal points, depending on location & distance of signal points & caller
Nothing happens. Distance between crests is a measure of frequency; amplitude is a measure of the strength, the height of the wave, or auditory volume of the signal.
