depending how much you put on if you put a thin coat about 20 - 30 secs but if you put a thick coat on wear the lumps are visible around a minute or so

How do you get beautiful lips?
There's a much simpler way than the comment underneath.Get a toothbrush (NOT ELECTRIC)Roughly brush your lips for a few minutes.Then with the back of the toothbrush (the smooth side) gently rub toothpaste onto your lips.Shortly after, rub of the toothpaste to reveal lushious natural lips for a small price. (:Done.The most important thing is not to lick your lips, as this just driens them out. Use a plain lip balm regularly, bt not medicated chapsticks, as they dry your lips out too. Occasionally (max. once a day) you can use a simple homemade treatment on them. You can use margerine, baby oil or even cocnut milk. Place a small amout on your finger, paper towel or flannel, and just rub it into your lips. Wipe it off after a minute, but dont lick it off! Also every night, put a simple moisturiser (I use E45 endless moisture) on your lips, one layerrubbed in, and then just dab another thick layer on top, so your lips are white and leave to soak in overniht! Hope this helps! If you're a boy, you might have it all, but without soft lips, girls might not like you!!!

I use soap, water and Vaseline, just don't use the Vaseline on your eyes. Or you could use make - up REMOVER, ( the solution ) or make-up wipes, that you can purchase at any store. I hope I helped! (: Don't use baby oil or Vaseline on your eyes because the eye area is so delicate. The area won't absorb the oil it will only sit on the eye possibly causing bumps underneath the eye to form.
