Every bruise results in minor bleeding and a small blood clot. A blood clot is the body's natural way to stop bleeding and heal the site. If you mean cause a dangerous clot, a bruise is not in a vein. It is more a superficial injury. The only way a clot is dangerous is if it can travel to the heart or brain. Bruises don't cause clots that will travel.
Platelets form a clot on it and forms a scab but if it doesn't work properly it can cause an embolism when the clot moves ad they can't move through blood vessels
Wounds aren't easy to heal in this case because the plaques are lacking in the blood. This doesn't allow the blood to clot. As a result, a simple wound may make a person with diabetes bleed to death.
If surgery to remove the clot is out of the question, the patient will have to wait for his/her brain to heal on its own.
