A letter mailed with standard postage through the United States Postal Service takes five to seven days to reach its destination. Regular mail can take even less time than that for pieces mailed from Florida to New York, but it is unlikely to ever arrive overnight, unless an expedited delivery option is used.
First Class Mail is delivered in three to five days.
As of 2012, Iowa is within the 2-day USPS service area from Florida. However, if mailed late in the day, or delayed by weather, it could take longer. Under the very best conditions (mailed early, near a major city) it could actually arrive the next day.
Three to four days.

Of mailedetter on Friday when will receiver get it if in same town
2 days. The letter would arrive on Tuesday.
Depending on where the letter is going, it may arrive on Monday. If you are sending a letter within your town or a neighboring town that shares the same P&DC, then it will probably arrive at its destination on Monday. If it is going to a town served by another P&DC, it will probably arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
